Corporate Overview
Dentonia Resources Ltd. was incorporated in the Province of British Columbia on May 31, 1979 under the name Rubicon Resources Ltd., then changed its name to Dentonia Resources Ltd. on October 19, 1979.
The Company is a reporting issuer in British Columbia and Alberta; became a publicly traded company on the Vancouver Stock Exchange (“VSE”) in 1982; and continues to trade on the TSX Venture Exchange.
Since its listing on the VSE, Dentonia has pursued “grassroots exploration” in Canada and elsewhere. Its most successful endeavour was the staking and acquiring of interests in the NWT diamond play, currently being explored with joint venture partners and optionees.
Currently Dentonia, indirectly through its 1/3 equity interest in DHK Diamonds Inc. (“DHK”), has interests in the WO Diamond Project, NWT and directly, has an option on the Knight Inlet Tungsten-Copper claims. Both these projects are in the early stages of exploration.
