Directors / Management Adolf A. Petancic, B.Sc., LL.B. President and Director Mr. Petancic has been involved in the resources industry for more than 38 years. He practiced law, including Securities Law, for over 25 years for both stock exchange listed and private companies. Adolf has served as a senior officer and director of numerous companies over the years.   H. Martyn Fowlds Independent Director Mr. Fowlds is a veteran of the Canadian financial community with 37 years experience as a senior investment consultant in the brokerage business. He has focused his career on raising early stage capital for mining and exploration projects worldwide. Martyn has participated, or been lead broker, in numerous financings over his long career and is currently a director of several junior resource companies.   Arif Merali Independent Director Mr. Merali has been a self-employed investor since 2001. He is currently a director of Atocha Resources Ltd. Arif was also a director of Monte Christo Capital Inc. from 1997 to 2003 and a registered representative at Canaccord Capital Corp. from 1999 to 2001.   John Chalcraft, B.A. Independent Director Mr. Chalcraft is a businessman with more than 20 years experience in the finance and resource industries. He is currently in the field of investor relations and has a number of mining companies as clients.   John D. Davies Chief Financial Officer and Director Mr. Davies has over 30 years corporate and investor relations experience in the mining industry. He currently serves as an investor relations consultant for Molycor Gold Corp, a Canadian junior resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of gold, silver, molybdenum, copper and PGM properties.
