Dentonia Announces Amendment to $27,500 Private Placement

August 11, 2009 Dentonia Resources Ltd. (“the Company”) announces an amendment to its non-brokered Private Placement of up to 550,000 units at $0.05 per Unit announced in a news release dated August 5, 2009.  The warrant exercise price has been revised to $0.10 for two years from the original $0.05 per share in the first year and $0.07 per share in the second year.
