Dentonia Resources Ltd. (“the Company”) announces an amendment to its non-brokered Private Placement of up to 5,200,000 units at $0.05 per Unit announced in a news release dated November 26, 2009. The warrant exercise price has been revised to $0.10 for two years from the original $0.05 per share in the first year and $0.10 per share in the second year.
All other terms of the Private Placement remain the same.
